Looks like the closest of the groups at the moment. The Ringer, El Capitain and Mike are slugging it out to see who can go through. Womble’s Toblerone would appear to have melted in the heat, with 4 defeats to Stew and McManners. Mike has arrived and put Captain Crunch in his place with 2 narrow victories. Looks like all 3 are still in with a great chance of reaching the last 16, but Womble could still mathematically have a say in this.

Well it was adios to Raingod before most of the rest of the teams had even played. Spain managed 2 draws in their 6 games and didn’t look like they would do anything. Elsewhere the group has been completed with Scottfair’s Ireland heading through as group winners with 16 points (although the site administrator has been a bit lax in the updating of the tables), I believe Windy’s Russia join them with 8 points and Nash’s England with 6 will need to wait to see if they make it as one of the best 3rd place teams.

One horse race in this one, Bulldog’s Romania have played, and won all their games conceding only 1 goal while scoring 19. Blue, Shakey and Dark appear to be so shell-shocked they haven’t managed to play many of the other games. Blue’s win over Dark puts him a distant second but still all up for grabs.

Another one horse race with KevinFAI’s Czech Republic winning the group in even more impressive style than Romania in Group C. PGTip’s Italy currently in second but CoyoteCub still in with a good chance having only played the Czech Republic. Mickey needs good results against Belgium if he has any hope.
