Maybe found my true calling of "Demon of Defence" especially after that epic tackle when I was the last man and they were about to nail it home...

That was a real cracking night of football last night! It had everything from goals, red cards, penalties and last ditch tackles to save the day!

The results didn't go our way but we was so unlucky in several games not to get draws or wins! I think we lost all games apart from the last game where we was 3 nil up and let it slip to only get a draw at 3 all.

A massive thanks to everybody who turned up and played - RaingodZippo, Ninja nash09, Mikethemute, Xx em xX, X bulldog, StuCowie, Funky Clunk, Obesia Blue, reme22 & Mad Hans Gruber.

We even had a couple of games with a full 10 men team (Some people got the achivement- some didn't oddly enough).

Our top scorer X bulldog led the way again with a hat full of goals (I lost count in the end hehe) - he even bagged a hatrick in one of the games.

StuCowie found out that he was Rock at the back and done really well leading the defence - A real stand out moment was a last ditch tackle that saved the day!

Funky Clunk added to the goals with a couple to his name including a stand out free kick that was a cracker!

Some how I got on the score sheet with my best goal of my Ruffian's Career so far. It was a great lob from the edge of the box into the top corner - very unlike me lol!

So a massive thanks to everybody that played and hope to see you guys and gals again next week - Highlights coming very soon!

I have to say after watching these clips we were playing rough that night. I think it was 6 red cards lol!



A great shot from inside the box from NinjaNash. Horrible wet weather in this match!


A great cross from reme allows NinjaNash to score with a great finish.


Another pin point cross from reme22 allowing Obesia Blue to poke the ball home with a nice little shot.

A bullet of a shot from the edge of the box from Mad Hans Gruber! Great goal!


A rare goal from the Captain RuffianStew. He chips the keeper from the edge of the box into the net.


A perfect free kick scored by Funky Clunk.


With Ruffian's FC on the counter attack Funky slots home a cooly taken shot.


X bulldog scores with a powerful shot into the far corner of the goal.

Em hacks down a player and gets her marching orders!


Funky see's red for RFC & it's not the 1st time in his Ruffians FC career.


mikethemute miss times a last ditch tackle and ends up getting a red card.


Obesia Blue ploughs through the player and picks up a red card for his troubles!


RuffianStew's 2 footed tackle on not 1 but 2 players at once and escapes with only a yellow card.


Obesia Blue see's red again for a terriable tackle inside the box & gives away a penalty. Check out Ruffian's FC keeper for the night - something odd as it's not the Arshavin we all know!
