Sponsorship Threatened by Stew(ards) Ruling

Controversy reigned in the world of Ruffians F1 this morning as mikethemute was crowned F1 2010 champion.

The decision of the "management" to award 0 points in the final GP in Monaco to those drivers who crashed out of the race meant that DarkBar driver DarkestFrost was denied a tie in the drivers championship and has threatened to plunge the world of F1 into chaos as primary sponsor Darksberg are believed to be re-considering their multi-pence sponsorship of the championshp.

Ernie "Ruff" Beckleston, Chief Executive of Ruffians F1 commented "Dark will be fine with this, we need to follow the rulings as set out in paragraph 6, Section 13, Sub clause 33b of the Ruffians F1 manual, "All those bampots who crash into corners and wreck their cars will recieve no points in a Grand Prix"."

DarkestFrost was unavailable for comment at this time, but this reporter believes he is currently holed up in his Fable III Castle and is plotting to take over the world.

The dominant force in F1, Lameduck Racing, took the Constructors Championship.

Official response from darkestfrost management.

" Congrates to mike and raingod. A well deserved championship pairing. And a special congratulations to mike for becoming f1 champion 2010/11. We were out raced in pretty much every round. A great season and couldn't have been closer. Well done to everyone that took part and to all the hard work behind the scenes. We hope to come back next season stronger and faster than ever before. Well done everyone. " bounce

First of all i would like to thank all my fans. It's been a great year.
I'm sorry that it's had to end in a bit of controversy. But lets face it i'll take a win no matter how they come.

Many thanks to my Lameduck team mate, i hope there are no bad feelings between us after our collision in Turkey. I didn't mean it honest.
I'm very pleased to bring home the constructors title as well as the drivers.
i'm sure the team will go from strength to strength next year.

I'd like to say a big well done to Darkbar racing. They kept the pressure on until right at the end. There was many a great battle.
My condolences go to darkest. He must be cursing the first corner at Monaco. It has seen many a good driver plough into it.

Anyway i'll finish with a thankyou to my sponsors and everyone who supported me threw this year. I can imagine there will be quite a few drunk people in Plymouth right now.
I've had a great year although i'm still getting those recurring nightmares about a bridge somewhere in Italy. I hope they stop now.

See you all next year. Cheers Mike.
