Ok so most of Ruff Racings races turn into the madness of bumper cars which we will still do and we all enjoy but Darkestfrost has come up with a great idea for more of the hardcore drivers of the club (None club members are welcome to join this as well) to take part in some multiplayer endurance races on Forza 4. We are thinking of setting up a full season of endurance races and that will follow. But for the moment we are trying to organise a 1 off hardcore endurance race to test the water. We will be using R3 level of cars and looking to do the race length around the 20-30 lap mark, hence the endurance side of things. The track we are planning to use for this test run will be Road Atlanta and it will be full damage on, Simulation steering, no race lines but other aids such as auto gears and abs will be allowed. Darkestfrost will list the complete list of settings before the test event.

If this one off race works we will be running a full season (6 races or so) here at Ruff Gaming. Hopefully this will be something a bit different to what we normally hold here on the site. All levels of drivers are welcome but the one thing we will be sticking by is that no bumper car style of tactics and we just get down to the racing side of things. If drivers do cheat we will be viewing the highlights so penalties will be given out - see we are being serious for a change! hehe

When this will be held is still open so post below if your interested and we will then find the best date for everybody.

So spread the word and lets get Darkestfrosts great idea off of the ground!

will give this a go not sure about some of the restrictions but I'm in.

Eeek no driving line on corners...I see a lot of overshooting by me...but I am in. Better get my braking points scouted on Road Atlanta then.

You should still have plenty of time to practice before hand. Once you turn the race line off you will actually lap faster as that line is slow!! You'll never turn it back on afterwards.

Could everyone that wants to take part please post best days/times so I can choose the date for the race please.

Do t worry mate you can use r3 cars online without having to unlock anything.malso it's forza 4 not 3, just to be clear.

haha thats what i ment! Erm weekends would be best for me, saturday or sunday as im flying and doing uni work.most nights through the week
