Poor T3ERRAF0RM gets saddled again with a teammate who cost him podiums on at least 2 occasions in the last season (although video evidence shows that on at least one of those occasions the mysterious NO 21 car (given that we had been assigned numbers 1 though 14 not sure who this was - but they do) was at fault for the collision.) However Team Hope & Glory did finish Runner-up in the team championship so a bit more teamwork (ie Raingod getting out of T3RRA’s way) might see better things.
Prediction: 4th
Celtic Crashers
JRamboIV and TheTaffman
Would be a mouthwatering combination but Rambo’s internet could be the deciding factor here. Half of the Current Champions from the defunct Team Welsh Wombles and 4th last time out Taffman is one to watch and if Rambo can finish races they will be a threat.
Prediction: 1st (Internet allowing)
Team Juan Some Ruff
SMB91 and IcemanD18
For the second Championship in a row the “draw” has given Ice the team with the current Champion – how much is he paying Stew? SMB was virtually untouchable last time out so he is definitely the one to beat. Iceman has actually joined the 3 Amigos as an honorary member recently often seen splitting the previously unsplittable trio. Probably because he has realised the futility of trying to out-crash Miss Daisy.
Prediction: 3rd
Inbetweeners Racing
Mikethemute and Darkestfrost
So Dark has fallen out of the “Elite” group although he must be pissed off at that as he finished above Mike and Meh last time out. However it does throw up this very tasty looking team of Old Guard favourites. Should they both manage to stay on the track for all the races (recent history would possibly suggest otherwise) then make no mistake they will be a big threat, otherwise watch out for cars on their roofs and general lack of braking.)
Prediction: 2nd
Tips Top Racing
The Mehwarrior and PGtips77
Meh doesn’t have happy memories of Hockenheim, unless he was just laying down a smoke screen, but on his day he is capable of winning any race. PG will probably battle away with the other Amigos as usual and will be looking to improve on being 3rd out the 3 this time out.
Prediciton: 5th
WackyWombles Racing
Womble and Wacky
The other half of the Team Champions has joined forces with Stew’s favourite Spurs fan to try to emulate last year’s success. It will be a tough ask but in the carnage of Ruff Racing anything is possible.
Prediction: 6th
KS Racing
While I said anything is possible in Ruff Racing, I would highly doubt 2 things. 1) That this team will win the championship and 2) That Stew will race fair. Used to be Driving Miss Daisy, more recently has been Driving Mama Fratelli out of the Goonies. Without the conscience of a team-mate god help us all, it could be like the resurrection of Baw. (For those of you who have never raced Baw – he was always last and crashed into everything (including his own shadow) – for those who have raced with Stew recently you will see the parallels.)
Prediction: Not in the top 6.
