For those that have signed up but haven't got the Platoon Tag (RUFF) or the Clan Emblem, you have to go onto battlelog and click the box that says 'Use Emblem and Tag'.
If you go on to battlelog website (don't think you can get at it through the app). Head to the platoons tab and in the overview section you will find what you need to click!
