I really struggled with this track/car combo! I couldn't get the balance of speed and cornering right so I ended up sacrficing the cornering for pure speed and just drifted round haha!

Managed to get a half sensible lap in,
1.20:364

Cranked it up a bit more :-)

New time 1.18:965

OK after several tantrums and much swearing...my time is 1:22.555...I am in awe at anyone doing sub 1:20...clearly I still have a lot to learn about driving and setting up a car...             

*EDIT* Oh it was in the Honda Civic CRX Mugen

And that after cutting 2 seconds off my time after T3RRAF0RMS manual gears driving lesson.

Gonna have to give the Honda Civic a shot, are you all using custom set ups??

I just bung a whole lot of parts on then tune until I get the best acceleration and speed I can...hence I am not in the top 5

Terra. How on earth you found an extra 2 seconds is beyond me. Good driving my man. After the hammer head my poor old mini just cant keep up.

Last and final update from me 1.17:820 as back on nights, i'me sure someone will up there's tonight :-)

My limit it 1.23.298 in the Ford Escort 92, just keep following mikes mini round now, so close but not going to tip it

Anyone who is under 1.20 I tip my hat to thee! Some achievement

I was the same, I though I could get that extra time off mike but it wasn't happening, just couldn't put that perfect lap together, did about 60 before and not one I would call perfect

Ouch...SMB must've missed the post as I have been chasing his damn Nissan for what seems like forever...oh well disappointed I couldn't do a perfect lap with my Pontiac Firebird...it had the potential I'm just not Michael Knight
